BULLDOG®/DUREX #TC101 is a water based roof coating formulated with 100% acrylic resins. Our white pigmented formulation is Energy Star ® rated. This coating can be used over a wide variety of surfaces to reduce heat loads on the roof and reduce energy costs, to maintain in place roofs or to add aesthetic value in the form of one of the many color options available. |

| BULLDOG/DUREX #BC123 - Base Coat |

This coating is used as the base coat prior to the application of the top coat, #TC101, in the color selected. DUREX #BC123 is produced in a gray color. The use of alternate colors in an elastomeric coating system assists the applicator in providing proper coverage and using the correct amount of product when the top coat is applied. |

This clear, rinseable primer must be used on EPDM roofs prior to the application of any DUREX coating. The primer cleans the roof and creates a surface that will accept the elastomeric coating. |
